Is it a matter of size or a question of taste?

If a product is not suitable or does not meet your expectations, you can request a return. within 14 calendar days from receipt of your order .

Due to limited stock, returned items are not eligible for exchange but only for a refund. If you have any sizing questions, you can contact us before ordering via WhatsApp, email, phone, or our contact form.

Upon receipt of the returned products, they are checked by our logistics department before a refund is issued. For a refund to be processed, the products must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • The item must be returned in its original condition, with all its accessories; it must not have been worn.
  • The seal must be intact and still attached.
  • In the case of shoes (especially pumps), the sole must be in the same condition as when you received them. We recommend that you try on the shoes only on a soft surface (carpet, rug, etc.).

Only returns that meet these conditions will be eligible for a full refund. In other cases, please contact us so we can find the best solution together. Orders refused due to non-payment of customs fees will not be refunded.

We reserve the right to refuse any return or refund request deemed abusive, particularly in the case of repeated, unjustified returns or returns that do not comply with our general terms and conditions of sale.

*In the event of manifest abuse of the right of withdrawal or excessive use of the return service, the company reserves the right to suspend access to the service or refuse any future order.

*If you have ordered an additional product authentication service, this order is final and non-refundable. As this service is a personalized, intangible service, it is non-exchangeable and non-refundable, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
No refunds or credits will be given, even in the event of cancellation or non-use of the service after ordering.

How do I return a package?

1. The demand

Contact us by email at contact@revealthing.com by mentioning your order number.

2. The shipment

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We will send you a prepaid return label with insurance covering any risk of loss or theft. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

3. Reimbursement

Upon receipt of the package (within 5 business days), we will examine the returned items. If all return conditions are met, we will refund you (excluding shipping costs) via the same payment method used for the order.
